Affiliate Program Terms

By enrolling in the TripleShades Affiliate Program, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. This agreement governs the relationship between you (“Affiliate”) and TripleShades, LLC (“TripleShades”), the operator of the TripleShades Website (“Website”). Any party unwilling to comply with these terms should refrain from participating in the affiliate program.

2. Affiliate Relationship

The affiliate relationship establishes a partnership between you and TripleShades. As an affiliate, you have the opportunity to promote TripleShades’ products and earn commissions on successful referrals. This relationship is subject to the terms detailed herein.

3. Termination of Affiliate Relationship

TripleShades retains the right to terminate the affiliate relationship with or without cause. Likewise, the affiliate has the right to terminate the relationship as per the conditions specified in these terms. Termination does not affect existing obligations or liabilities.

4. Commission Structure and Payment Details

Affiliates earn commissions based on successful referrals resulting in qualifying actions. The commission rates, eligible actions, and payment schedules are explicitly outlined in this agreement. Commissions are contingent upon compliance with the terms of this agreement.

5. Tracking, Cookies, and Cookie Validity

Affiliate referrals are accurately tracked through various methods, including cookies. The duration of cookie validity is set at 60 days. Affiliates must ensure that referred customers follow the proper tracking procedures for commissions to be attributed.

6. Code of Conduct

Affiliates are expected to maintain a high standard of conduct. This includes ethical and legal promotional practices. Prohibited activities encompass spamming, false advertising, or any other activities that may harm the reputation of TripleShades or violate applicable laws.

7. Commission Rejection, Minimum Payout, and Payment Schedule

7.1. Commission Rejection on Refunds

In the event of a refund requested and processed by a customer referred by an Affiliate, TripleShades reserves the right to reject the associated commission. Affiliates acknowledge and agree that commissions are contingent upon the successful completion of qualifying actions, and any subsequent refunds may result in the corresponding commission being declined. This policy ensures alignment with our Refund Policy and fair practices within the affiliate program.

7.2. Minimum Payout Requirement

Affiliate payouts are subject to a minimum threshold of $100. Commissions will only be processed for payment once an Affiliate’s accumulated earnings reach or exceed this minimum payout requirement. This threshold is in place to streamline payment processes and optimize efficiency.

7.3. Payment Schedule

TripleShades processes affiliate payouts on a fortnightly basis, specifically on the 1st day of every month. This schedule is implemented to mitigate potential overlaps between refund applications and purchasers’ requests for refunding their payments. By adhering to this payment schedule, we aim to provide Affiliates with timely and consistent compensation while maintaining the integrity of our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Both TripleShades and the Affiliate agree to specific limitations of liability, as stated in these terms. This section outlines the responsibility of each party in the event of potential losses, damages, or disputes.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TripleShades operates. In the event of disputes, resolution shall be conducted in accordance with these laws. This provision ensures a transparent and equitable resolution process.

10. Communication Protocol

Communication preferences between TripleShades and affiliates are clearly outlined on the Website. Preferred contact methods and relevant contact points for inquiries or concerns are provided. Regular communication is encouraged to maintain a collaborative and effective partnership.

11. Additional Platforms Disclaimer

Affiliates are not considered agents of third-party platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Google, Microsoft, or any other firms. TripleShades is not affiliated with these platforms. Affiliates are responsible for compliance with the policies of these platforms, and TripleShades disclaims any association with them.

12. Modification Clause

TripleShades retains the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Affiliates are encouraged to periodically review the terms to stay informed about any updates or changes.
