Refund Policy

At “TripleShades”, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible services. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a client needs to request a refund. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and reasonable to both parties.

Deposit Refunds

Clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit prior to the start of the project. However, in certain circumstances, we may consider a refund of the deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• If the client cancels the project within 24 hours of signing the contract and making the deposit.
• If we are unable to start the project due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or other emergencies.

Milestone Payments

Payment for services is due upon completion of each milestone. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before the final delivery of the project. However, in certain circumstances, we may consider a refund of milestone payments, subject to the following conditions:

• If the client cancels the project before the completion of the milestone and has made the payment for the milestone.
• If we are unable to complete the milestone due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or other emergencies.

Dispute Resolution

If a client believes that they are entitled to a refund, they should contact us immediately to discuss their concerns. Our team will work with the client to resolve the dispute in a timely and professional manner.

Applicable Law

This refund policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TripleShades operates. By using our services, clients agree to be bound by this refund policy.
